Chapter III · The Services

Six containers. One coach. Every one of them built around your life.

I do not sell sessions. I sell transformation containers. Pick the one that fits your moment and we get to work. Pricing is intentionally not listed — every container scales with frequency, location, and goal. Call me and we'll size it together.

The Hour & The Block

1-on-1 Personal Training

In-person, in studio, in your corner.

One coach. One body in front of him. No phones in hand, no half-attention. Every session begins with a real check-in — how did you sleep, how is the shoulder, what hurt this week — and ends with one specific takeaway you can apply before we see each other again.

I do not run "general fitness." Every session is programmed against the goal you signed up for, the body you walked in with, and the readiness you showed up with that day. If you came in undercooked because work was brutal, we work mobility and quality. If you came in primed, we load. That responsiveness is the entire point of in-person coaching.

Most clients train two to three sessions a week. Some train once and self-program the rest with my support. The container is The Hour for one-off work and The Block for the 12-week transformation arc.

The Hybrid

Online Coaching

For travelers, out-of-town clients, and graduates of The Block.

Online with me is not "an app sends you a workout." Online with me is a private, written-from-scratch program updated every week, weekly video check-ins, and text access to me when you need a form review or a question answered.

I built this for two kinds of people. First, the busy professional whose travel schedule does not let them be in Santa Clara consistently — we run a hybrid where you train with me in person when you are in town and run my program independently the rest of the month. Second, the graduate of The Block who has moved away but does not want to lose the system.

If you are brand new to training and have never lifted before, I will probably tell you to start in person. The early audit really does matter that much.

The Fuel

Nutrition Planning

Not a meal plan. A protocol you can run for life.

I do not hand out meal plans. They look impressive and they fail within ten days. What I hand you is a protocol — a small number of rules about protein per meal, carbohydrate timing around training, fat balance, fiber, and hydration that survives travel, restaurants, and a busy week.

We build the protocol around the food you actually eat, not the food a magazine thinks you should eat. We measure what matters, ignore what does not, and adjust every two weeks based on energy, recovery, and the mirror.

This is a separate service or built into The Block. If your goal is body recomposition, I would not recommend trying to run a program without it.

The Block

Transformation Programs

Twelve weeks. One body. A different person at the end.

The Block is the flagship. Three phases over twelve weeks — the reset, the build, the specialization — followed by a structured handoff in the final two weeks so the system lives without me.

The Block is built for clients who want a visible, measurable change in twelve weeks and a system they can run for life after that. The deliverable at the end is two things: a different body, and a fourteen-page personal training manual customized to your physiology that you can carry forward for the next decade.

I sell The Block in twelve-week chunks on purpose. Eight weeks is the floor for measurable strength adaptations. Twelve weeks is the floor for habit consolidation that survives a flu, a vacation, and a work deadline.

The Off-Season

Sports-Specific Training

For athletes who need to come back faster, stronger, and uninjured.

I played soccer at an elite club level for most of my life. That background is why athletes who are still competing — recreational or otherwise — tend to find their way to me. I understand season planning. I understand the difference between a strength block in October and a peaking block in March. I understand that the gym is supposed to make you better on the field, not impress the gym.

Sports-specific work with me looks different depending on the sport — soccer, basketball, climbing, jiu-jitsu, recreational running. The constants are the same: build the specific qualities that translate to performance on your field, protect against the injuries your sport actually causes, and time the load so you peak when it matters.

The Comeback

Rehabilitation Support

Training that respects the injury, not the textbook.

I am not a physical therapist. I will say that loud. I work hand-in-hand with the PTs my clients trust and I have a referral network if you do not have one yet. What I am is the next bridge — the coach who takes you from "cleared by my PT" to "stronger than I was before the injury."

Most of my rehab work is for shoulders, knees, and lower backs. The body that hurt is rarely the body at fault — almost always it is a chain link two segments up or down. We find that link and we strengthen it. We then load the original site in a way that finally lets it forget the injury.

This is not a separate package. It is woven into The Hour, The Block, or The Year depending on what you need.

The next step

A 15-minute phone call sorts out which one fits your moment. No funnel. No quiz. Just a real conversation.
